Tetel Fernandez

Tetel Fernandez currently serves as First Vice President and Head of Talent Management at Security Bank Corporation, with responsibilities encompassing Performance Management, Succession Planning, Hi-po Talent Development, and Employee Surveys since October 2020. Prior to this role, Tetel held various senior positions at HSBC from July 2004 to March 2020, including Senior Vice President for Learning, Talent and Organization Development, where strategic learning initiatives were implemented, and the reliance on classroom training transitioned to a blended learning approach. Tetel also served as Senior Vice President HR Business Partner, executing crucial resourcing strategies and successfully implementing incentive frameworks.
