Jody Dierickx-Hayek

Jody Dierickx-Hayek has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jody currently holds the position of Investment Operations Leader at Security Benefit since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Sr. Business Analyst at OmniVista Solutions from July 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Internal Auditor at Principal Financial Group from August 2019 to July 2021. Jody also has extensive experience at Principal Global Investors, where they served as an Investment Operations Leader from August 2015 to August 2019. In this role, they co-led the Reconciliation Team and was responsible for daily cash and holdings reconciliations. Before that, they worked as an Investment Operations Analyst, focusing on client reporting and back-office support for bank loans from January 2013 to August 2015. Jody began their career at Principal Financial Group as a Fund Accountant I from May 2008 to January 2013.

Jody Dierickx-Hayek earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Iowa State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Jody later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at Drake University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014. In 2019, Jody obtained a certificate in Data Analytics from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
