Delia Zhao

Delia Zhao has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Delia was the Director of Technology at Security Compass, where they were responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the database. Delia'stasks included database backup and recovery, performance tuning, log analysis, data migration, and solving unexpected and difficult problems. Delia also conducted regular database inspection, monitoring, capacity planning, and security reinforcement. Prior to their role at Security Compass, Delia worked as a Program Manager at Shenzhen Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. During their time there, they contributed to the global expansion of Huawei's ICT infrastructure and smart terminals business.

Delia Zhao obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Science at Chengdu University of Technology from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Delia has obtained various certifications including "Communicate to Influence," "Critical Thinking and Problem Solving," "Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365)," "Excel Supply Chain Analysis: Solving Transportation Problems," "Learning Python (2020)," "Sales Foundations," and "Working with Computers and Devices."
