Patty Chambers

As director of human resources, Patty Chambers works closely with the Senior Management Team to foster bank culture and drive organizational change. She has an extensive understanding of human resources for financial institutions and has worked in various industries in both Texas and Minnesota before she returned to her roots in the Chippewa Valley.

Patty attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and graduated with a degree in organizational communication. Since then, she has attained her Senior Professional Human Resources certification and is a Society of HR Management - Sr. Certified Professional.
