Ben Watson is a seasoned Senior Executive currently serving as the Founder of Team Trackr Athletics since 2025. Previously, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Chadron State Foundation from 2018 to 2024, where they directed operations and secured over $80 million in funding through strategic initiatives. Their earlier experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer at Security First Bank from 2005 to 2015, leading a 19-member IT team and guiding major IT projects. Ben holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Psychology from Chadron State College.
