Jerry Zhou

Jerry Zhou has a robust background in operations and duty management, with experience spanning from guest service roles to managerial positions in prestigious hotel groups. They began their career as a Guest Service Agent at 文华东方酒店集团 from 2012 to 2014, followed by a role as Duty Concierge at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts from 2014 to 2016. Jerry served as an Assistant Manager in Guest Relations and Duty Manager at 音昱Octave from 2016 to 2017, before becoming a Guest Services Manager at 北京新世界酒店 from 2017 to 2020, where they enhanced customer service performance and managed relationships with key guests.
