Victor Ngai

Victor Ngai is currently the VP, Advanced Marketing Attorney at Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York. Prior to this, they were the Asst. Vice President, Business Resource Center For Advanced Markets at Guardian Life from August 2008 to October 2017. In this role, they managed a team of attorneys, advanced sales consultants and case designers responsible for providing consultative planning services to Guardian agents and financial representatives and their clients, and training producers as well as other professional advisors (e.g., CPAs) on advanced planning topics (i.e., estate, business, retirement, asset protection, tax and charitable planning). Victor was also responsible for all marketing materials and sales support materials for Guardian in the advanced planning areas.

From June 2003 to August 2008, Victor Ngai was the Director of Legacy and Philanthropy Solutions at SEI. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing SEI’s Legacy and Philanthropy Solutions group which provided philanthropic consulting services and software solutions to help individuals and families achieve their charitable giving goals.

Prior to SEI, Victor Ngai held positions at Prudential Securities and Prudential Financial from January 1996 to December 2000. At Prudential Securities, they were the 1st Vice President/Director of Prestige Private Client Group. Victor Ngai earned a JD from New York Law School, a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University, and holds the CLU, ChFC, and RICP designation from the American College.
