Maria Fauci Swan

Maria Fauci Swan has over 30 years of work experience in various HR and administrative roles. Maria is currently a Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Synergy One Lending. Prior to this, they worked at Guaranteed Rate as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, and VP of Human Resources. Maria also served as the Corporate Office Manager and Executive Assistant at The Manhattan Mortgage Company. Earlier in their career, Maria worked at Freedom Technology Media Group as a Group Office Manager/HR Coordinator and Office & Human Resources Coordinator. Maria also held the position of Office Manager at CMP Media Group and Branch Office Manager at CMP Media. Maria began their career at NBC as an Affiliate Relations Assistant and at Westwood One Radio Network as a Commercial Coordinator/Administrative Assistant.

Maria Fauci Swan received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island in 1988, after studying there from 1982 to 1988.
