Melanie Hawk possesses extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Operations/Production Manager at Synergy One Lending, Inc. since September 2023. Previously held the position of Regional Vice President at Primary Residential Mortgage from May 2018 to September 2023, where significant revenue and loan volume growth was achieved. Prior to that role, served as Executive Vice President at American Lending Solutions, where revenue surged from $1.5 million to over $12 million in less than two years. As President/Owner of Statewide Mortgage of Madison, LLC from 2002 to 2008, Melanie oversaw all facets of the business, establishing a competitive mortgage brokerage. Earlier career experiences include roles at First Wisconsin Mortgage, Decision One Mortgage, EquiCredit Corporation, and Tri City National Bank, with notable achievements in team expansion, underwriting management, and loan profitability. Melanie holds an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Milwaukee.
