Katie C.

Katie C. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Katie joined Security Risk Advisors in 2017 and currently serves as the Head of Talent Management. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at the same company. From 2011 to 2017, Katie worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as the Legal Personnel Director. In 2011, they also held a position at the New York City Bar Association as a Member of the Career Advancement and Management Committee. Their career started in 2006 at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where they worked as an Associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Department. During their time there, they provided guidance on employee- and compensation-related matters, conducted training seminars, participated in recruiting activities, and engaged in pro bono work.

Katie C. earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Cornell University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they obtained several certifications in 2019, including the Mental Health First Aid Certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health, the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
