Regiane Borzani

Regiane Borzani possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional at Security Segurança e Serviços since March 2022. As the Founder, Owner, and Executive Partner at LL Consultoria, active since August 2020, Regiane has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Diretora de Desenvolvimento Humano at STB Student Travel Bureau and CONSULTORA DE RH E GESTÃO at Locar Guindastes e Transportes Intermodais, among others. Regiane has held senior consulting and management positions at Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers and GRUPO GR, accumulating over two decades of expertise in HR management, project analysis, and process optimization. Educational qualifications include two MBAs in Gestão de Recursos Humanos and Gestão de Negócios from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, along with a degree in Psychology from Universidade São Marcos.
