Liana Giustino Phr

Liana Giustino PHR, CCP, SHRM-CP, PMP has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in compensation and compliance. Since October 2007, Liana has held several positions at Security Service Federal Credit Union, currently serving as VP of HR Systems, Compensation & Compliance, where responsibilities include analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's compensation program, as well as administering performance appraisal and salary administration programs. Prior to this role, Liana worked as a Relocation Consultant at Aon Hewitt from September 2005 to April 2007. Liana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Golden Gate University.
