Melissa Aguilar

Melissa Aguilar serves as the Vice President of Payment Systems and Vice President Head of Digital Services at Security Service Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities include the strategic development of online and mobile channel capabilities. Previously, Melissa held the role of Director of IT, Application Management at PenFed Credit Union, overseeing IT operations in Core Engineering and Application Management, and leading teams focused on Deposits and Credit Cards lines of business. At USAA, Melissa served as Director of Information Technology, managing multiple scrum teams and supporting Deposits member digital experiences, while earlier roles at USAA included IT Technical Manager and Software Developer and Integrator. Prior experience also includes roles at Wells Fargo as an Apps Programmer/Analyst 3 and at BancPlus Mortgage as a Senior Programmer Analyst. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
