Doug Henry has held various roles in the hospitality and customer service industry, including positions as a Head Banquet Waiter, Bartender, Kitchen Manager, and EOC Operator. Doug has experience working in a range of companies such as Windstone Golf Club, The Read House Hotel, and BROOKDALE SENIOR LIVING COMM, INC. Doug also has a background in customer service from their time at The Home Depot. Doug has studied at both East Tennessee State University and Volunteer State Community College.
