Heath O'Brien

Heath O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Heath began their career as a Crew Lead at Green Industrial Cleaning in 2014, where they worked until November 2015. Heath then transitioned to become a Company Driver at Paschall Truck Lines, Inc, where they worked from June 2016 to August 2019. Following this, they joined MyComputerCareer as an IT Professional from August 2019 to April 2020. Heath then briefly worked as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Acumen Fiscal Agent from April 2020 to June 2020. Next, they joined Global Payments Integrated as an Implementation Specialist from July 2020 to January 2023. Currently, they are working at SecurityMetrics as an MSS Support Technician II, starting in January 2023.

Additionally, in January 2020, they earned the CompTIA Server+ certification from CompTIA, and the Microsoft Technology Associate: Networking Fundamentals (MTA) certification from Microsoft.
