As the Director of Product Management, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of the Securonix Unified Defense SIEM platform.

To maximize market demand while innovating and differentiating, we seek a passionate, experienced, and dynamic Product Management leader for our team. This individual will see product development from inception to delivery to advance our position as a leading provider of AI-reinforced SIEM.

Your passion for world-class security products will produce a highly competitive, differentiated, prioritized roadmap. You will drive outbound activities while guiding inbound execution with fellow Product Managers and Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• As a Product Management Director for Securonix, you will define the vision and strategy for key projects related to the SIEM platform and lead a small team of product managers.
• Be a partner with internal stakeholders to prioritize and deliver capabilities that are core to the business.
• Work closely with external stakeholders to provide an excellent customer experience for the Securonix platform.
• Drive Research and Development to understand customer needs, domain problems, and market requirements to stay ahead of the curve.
• Demonstrate lean product management skills to build comprehensive plans, identify risks, and ensure smooth releases.
• Build and maintain insights metrics that provide transparency to all stakeholders on success, progress, and quality.
• Build and maintain outstanding relationships with engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams.

Skills Needed:

• 8 or more years working as a Product Manager, managing enterprise grade B2B SaaS platforms, of which at least 3 years as a manager or director, leading a team of product managers

• Experience in SIEM/UEBA/EDR/NDR/XDR products or similar Cyber Security analytics platforms is required

• Ability to hire and lead a team of up to 5 product managers

• Experience working with remote agent technologies, Kafka or other streaming technologies, logging, and integrations with back-office systems are a big plus

• Track record of developing and launching multiple successful products and features

• Expert english verbal and written communications, able to distill, summarize and present information to executive stakeholders

• Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimum direction, working with a global team across multiple timezones

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and tasks

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Ability to drive sales enablement and support marketing teams' outbound activities
