Chirag Rawal

Chirag Rawal is a Detection Engineer at Securonix, having joined in April 2024 as part of the Detection Engineering Team within Securonix Threat Lab. Responsibilities include researching and developing detections for Securonix out-of-the-box analytics, as well as building utilities and automation tools to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Prior to Securonix, Chirag held positions at FIS as an Engineer in Information Security, managing security solutions for banking customers, and at Wipro as a Cyber Security Analyst in a dedicated 24x7 Security Operations Center for a multinational client. Chirag holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science with a specialization in Cloud Computing from Chandigarh University, and has completed senior secondary education at Sri Guru Gobind Singh Collegiate Public School and high school at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
