Eunice Kim

Eunice Kim serves as General Counsel at Securonix since November 2023 and is a Board Member of the Girl Scouts of Northern California since April 2021, contributing to the Board Development Committee. Previously, Eunice Kim worked as a Consultant at Access TeleCare from September 2020 to February 2023, providing transition services to the executive leadership team and served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, playing a key role in the company's public listing through a de-SPAC merger and subsequent acquisitions. Eunice Kim was Vice President, Legal and Assistant Secretary at NortonLifeLock from August 2016 to June 2020, leading corporate legal operations and global employment law teams. Earlier experience includes various roles at Symantec from May 2004 to June 2020, starting as a corporate counsel and advancing to Senior Director, overseeing multiple legal functions. Eunice Kim began a legal career as an Associate at Coudert Brothers LLP and Burns & Levinson LLP. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Boston College Law School, a B.A. in English and biochemistry from Smith College, and a high school diploma from Seoul Foreign School.
