Rod Aliabadi

Rod Aliabadi joined Vista in 2008 and sits on the Vista Flagship Funds’ Investment Committee. Mr. Aliabadi sits on the boards of Acquia, EAB, Integral Ad Science (NASDAQ: IAS), Ping Identity (NYSE: PING), Quickbase and TripleLift. Mr. Aliabadi was also actively involved in Vista’s investments in Aderant, BigMachines, Forcepoint, Mediaocean, Mitratech, Numerator, Relias Learning, Securonix, SirsiDynix, Stats Perform, SumTotal, TIBCO and Websense.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Aliabadi worked at the Stanford Genome Technology Center focusing on the development of nanotechnology-driven diagnostics. During his time at Stanford, Mr. Aliabadi became involved with the creation and spin-out of NextBio, a provider of SaaS-based products for integrating corporate and public data from sequencing and microarray technologies (acquired by Illumina in 2013).
