Jan Jeffrey Tiongson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jan Jeffrey started their career at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as an intern. Jan Jeffrey then worked for the Government of the Sultanate of Oman as a Customer Service Officer before joining Singapore Airlines as a Passenger Service Agent. Later, they served as a Sales and Reservations Officer and Sales Account Manager at Imperial Palace.
In 2013, Tiongson became a Co-Owner and handled the Digital Marketing for Laura's Bakery in Malolos, Bulacan. Jan Jeffrey then transitioned to the hospitality industry again, working as a Sales Manager at Marriott Hotels, where they later became an Account Executive.
Tiongson continued to progress in their career and joined IHG Hotels & Resorts as a Cluster Senior Sales Manager, specializing in digital marketing. Jan Jeffrey subsequently took on roles such as Cluster Digital Marketing Manager and Public Relations & Marketing Communications Lead and Cluster Assistant Director of Sales and Digital Marketing. At IHG, Tiongson played a crucial role in marketing projects, press release creation and distribution, influencer management, and optimizing online presence.
Recently, Tiongson joined Seda Hotels as the National Director of Business Development, where they oversee the National Sales Office. Seda Hotels is a Philippine brand owned by Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts.

Jan Jeffrey Tiongson began their education at La Consolacion University Philippines in 1993, where they completed their basic education. Jan Jeffrey then attended the University of Santo Tomas from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
