Judy Alice Repol-Guillemot

Judy Alice Repol-Guillemot has an extensive work experience in the legal field, spanning various industries and organizations. Judy Alice currently holds positions as the Head of Legal for Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts Group and the Lead Counsel in the Regulatory Practice Group at Ayala Land, Inc. Additionally, they serve as the Head of Legal for Seda Hotels and El Nido Resorts.

In 2017, Judy joined Ayala Corporation as a Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, they provided a full range of legal services to different companies and lines of business within the Ayala Group, which is one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines.

Before joining Ayala Corporation, Judy worked as an Independent Legal Professional, offering legal and business consulting services. Judy Alice also gained significant experience as a Legal Counsel for San Miguel Corporation, where they were involved in various projects related to aviation, airports, infrastructure, and energy.

Judy's career also includes roles at Philippine Airlines, where they served as the Head of Contracts Division and a Legal Consultant. During their time at Philippine Airlines, they oversaw the provision of legal services for the company and its affiliate PAL express, handling a wide range of contracts specific to the airline industry.

Prior to that, Judy worked as an Associate at Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW), where they gained experience in general corporate work, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, banking and finance, and various other practice areas.

Judy Alice Repol-Guillemot has a diverse education history. In 1995-1999, they attended Colegio San Agustin-Makati for their high school education. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management at Ateneo de Manila University from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they attended the University of the Philippines Diliman, where they obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from 2003 to 2007.

In 2016, Judy furthered their education by enrolling in Nantes Université, where they completed a Diplôme universitaire d’études françaises in French Studies, concluding in 2017. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained multiple certifications throughout their career.

Judy Alice obtained their Admission to the Philippine Bar and License to Practice Law from the Supreme Court of the Philippines in May 2008, authorizing their to work as a legal professional. Judy has also acquired other certifications, including Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages from TESOL Asia in February 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & Application in Asia from Singapore Management University in October 2019, Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) Training from Straits Interactive in July 2022, and Certified Guest Service Professional from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in May 2023.
