Gerardo D'Alessandro

Gerardo D'Alessandro has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gerardo started their career as a Database Programmer & Networks Analyst at Honeywell Information Systems in 1997. Gerardo then moved on to Pirelli Cables, where they worked as a Technical Services Manager from 1997 to 2006, responsible for maintenance coordination and budgeting. In 2007, they joined Prysmian Group as a Production Director, overseeing production planning, raw material purchasing, and manpower scheduling. Their most recent role is at SEDA International Packaging Group, where they have been the Operations Director of Imballplast SpA since 2014. In this role, they manage multiple facilities, including HS&E compliance, financial planning, raw material purchasing, R&D, and quality control. Gerardo also oversees investments, machinery engineering, and negotiations with suppliers for the Group Plastic Division.
