Alison Wilby

Alison Wilby is a highly experienced professional in the field of pharmaceutical development, currently serving as a Senior Principal Scientist at Seda Pharmaceutical Development Services since May 2023. Prior to this role, Alison held significant positions at Quotient Sciences, where titles included Director of Modelling and Simulation and Modelling and Simulation Scientist from January 2014 to July 2023, and at Charnwood Pharma Solutions as DMPK Consultant/Director from July 2011 to January 2014. Earlier experience includes a Senior Research Scientist role at AstraZeneca R&D from March 2004 to July 2011, focusing on developing DMPK strategies and supporting interdisciplinary project teams, as well as a Research Scientist position at AstraZeneca R&D from January 1996 to January 2000, conducting DMPK studies. Alison's educational background includes a PhD in Drug Metabolism from The University of Manchester, an MSc with distinction in Toxicology from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc with honors in Zoology from Aberystwyth University.
