Dania Heffington

Dania Heffington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and team management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Sedera since August 2016, Dania has played a critical role in scaling member services as the company grew from 1,000 to over 20,000 members. Previously, Dania held the position of Chief of Staff at the Austin Bridge Builders Alliance from January 2009 to August 2016, where responsibilities included managing board meeting logistics and documentation. Dania also operated as an Independent Contractor from October 1994 to January 2009, advising start-ups on human resources and organizational development. Early career experience includes a role at Dell as a Special Projects Manager, overseeing HR initiatives and employee relations. Dania holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
