Frank Pagnatta

Frank Pagnatta has a long and impressive work history in the field of workers' compensation cost control services. Frank is currently working as a Senior Vice President at Sedgwick, where they are responsible for sales, program management, and claims management for the company's operations in Ohio and Washington. Prior to this role, Frank served as the President of CareWorksComp for 14 years, overseeing the delivery of workers' compensation third-party claims administration and safety services. Frank utilized benchmarking and predictive modeling to ensure the lowest possible premium or out-of-pocket cost for clients. Before their tenure at CareWorksComp, Frank was the President of RiskControl 360 from 2006 to 2014. Frank Pagnatta holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Franklin University, which they completed from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1973 to 1977, they attended Ursuline High School. Additionally, they have obtained the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from The Institutes.
