Holly Grigg

Holly Grigg is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and data management. Holly served as HRIS Advisor at Sedgwick from August 2022 to April 2024, leading initiatives in Human Capital Management, Learning, and Talent & Performance. Prior to this, experience included roles at Aldi UK from September 2018 to August 2022, including HR Technical Analyst and HR Analyst, focusing on Workday reporting and security. Earlier experience at the English Football League involved supporting HR operations, recruitment, and policy analysis. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with Human Resource Management from Northumbria University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Lancashire, along with Level 7 CIPD accreditation.
