Ian Bell

Ian Bell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ian is currently employed at Sedgwick as the Vice President, Global Talent & Performance, where they lead the global talent, performance, and leadership development team. Prior to this role, Ian worked as the Colleague Experience Director-International at Sedgwick.

Before joining Sedgwick, Ian founded Phase Four Solutions Ltd in 2003, where they served as the Managing Director & Principal Training Consultant. Ian built the company into a leading provider of innovative and engaging learning solutions, earning positive feedback from clients worldwide.

In 1998, Ian worked as a Training & Development Consultant at Royal & Sun Alliance, where they were responsible for designing and delivering various training initiatives. Before this, they were self-employed as a Sales Manager, IFA & Tied Agent, providing financial advisory services. Ian also worked at GAN as a Financial Adviser and Sales Manager.
