Jennifer Daake

Jennifer Daake currently serves as the Managing Director and Global Head of Colleague Operations at Sedgwick, responsible for transforming HR service and support delivery on a global scale. Prior to this, Jennifer held multiple leadership roles at Avnet, including Vice President of Global HR Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed global rewards, HR operations, people analytics, and HR communications. Jennifer also led global HR transformation initiatives and established new HR service delivery organizations, implementing strategies to maximize effectiveness and reduce costs. Jennifer's earlier experience includes roles at Fetchback and Insight Enterprises, where significant contributions were made to HR management and development. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Secondary Education from the State University of New York Cortland.
