Judy Molnar

Vice President, Public Relations at Sedgwick

Judy Molnar has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1991, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at Johnson Rauhoff, where they focused on marketing communications and brand building. From 1999 to 2000, they served as On Air Talent for the Rosie O'Donnell Show. In 2000, they founded their own lifestyle company, Team Active Dreamers, where they provided coaching services and presented on health and fitness topics. In 2004, Judy joined the World Triathlon Corporation as the Vice President of Iron Girl, overseeing event expansion, sponsorship sales, and marketing. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as the National Director of Sales & Business Development at Rallyhood, a software platform. In 2016, they became the Head of Global Communications at Cunningham Lindsey, which was later acquired by Sedgwick, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Public Relations. Additionally, Judy has freelanced as a Lifestyle Marketing and Communications Evangelist at Redefine Works from 2013 to 2016.

Judy Molnar has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Theatre Arts from Clemson University. Judy also attended the University of Notre Dame as a Visiting Student during the Summer School, studying Legal Ethics of Business. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a certification from the University of Florida Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation through Startup Quest®.
