Kurt Vollert

Kurt Vollert has extensive work experience in the legal field. Kurt began their career as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of J. Michael Burke from 1993 to 1995. Kurt then joined Specialty Risk Services in 2005, where they served as Regional Director, managing workers compensation, liability, auto, and property claims administration in 13 states. From 2007 to 2011, Kurt held the position of National Liability Practice Leader at Specialty Risk Services, where they acted as the subject matter expert for liability, auto, and property lines of business. Kurt was responsible for national compliance programs, training, sales support, and project management. In 2011, they joined Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel. In this role, they managed corporate litigation, investigated and resolved disputes and alleged claims, and engaged in dispute resolution through negotiation and mediation.

Kurt Vollert obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from George Mason University in the years 1983 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School from 1988 to 1991.
