Ryan Kasun

Ryan Kasun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy management and program leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy Management at Sedgwick since May 2023, Ryan also co-founded Elle Kaye Studios LLC in June 2021, a family-owned business specializing in headwear. Ryan's previous roles include Head of Program Management at Philips, where key strategic initiatives and product development projects within the sleep business were led, and Program Manager at Regulatory and Quality Solutions LLC, focusing on quality systems compliance for medical device manufacturers. Ryan began the career as a Regulatory Intern at Medrad and gained early research experience at The Pennsylvania State University, where assistance was provided in mechanical heart valve research. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in BioEngineering from Penn State University.
