Sheena Schmutz

Sheena Schmutz had a career in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Specialist in Organizational and Professional Development at Sedgwick County Government from May 2005 to June 2010. Sheena then worked as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Liberal from June 2010 to November 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Sedgwick County Government starting from November 2018.

Sheena Schmutz has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology and Criminology from Kansas State University. Sheena also holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Public Administration from Wichita State University.
