They have experience working with companies such as Elmwood, Change Research & Strategy, FutureBrand, and Batey Ads | Carlyle Brand Consultants. They also have a background in design, having worked as a Design Director at MetaDesign. Additionally, the team is educated in management sciences and marketing from Lancaster University and Tsinghua University, respectively.
