Dominic Mason is the Managing Director of Sedgwick Richardson's Southeast Asia division. Dominic has over 20 years of experience in brand strategy and management, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
Dominic started their career in 1990 as a Manager for Co-Publishing & Licensing at Langenscheidt | APA Publications. Dominic then spent two years as Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific at WWRD Holdings Limited. In 1999, they became a Consultant at Lloyd Northover, followed by a Senior Brand Consultant role at Batey Ads | Carlyle Brand Consultants (now part of Grey) in 2000.
In 2001, Dominic joined FutureBrand as VP Strategy & Innovation, where they spent six years helping the company become one of the world's leading brand consultancies. In 2007, they co-founded Change Research & Strategy, a brand strategy consultancy specializing in change management. Dominic then joined Elmwood as Managing Director in 2010, before taking on their current role at Sedgwick Richardson in 2012.
Dominic Mason has a MBA from the University of Bath in International Marketing + Asia Pacific Business and a BSc Hons from Lancaster University in Management Sciences (Marketing) with a focus in Strategic Marketing + B2B Marketing. Dominic also went to Ratcliffe College.
