Angela Schloer

Angela Schloer has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Angela is currently working as a Senior Coach at Kaizen Leadership Asia since March 2021. Before this, they co-founded CLEAR Leadership Consulting in 2017 and held the position of Co-Founder and Coach. Angela also worked at Seditio Ltd - Seditio Asia as the Head of HR and Operations from January 2018 onwards.

Prior to their current roles, Angela served as an HR Manager and HR Generalist at TMF Group from December 2008 to March 2018. Angela was responsible for end-to-end HR management of the Irish office and collaborated with senior management on talent management projects for the EMEA region. Angela started their professional journey at Southwestern University as an HR-Organisational Development Officer, where they were part of the university's restructuring and change management initiative.

Angela also gained experience as a Trainer and Coach at IL International from 2004 to 2006 and as a Faculty member at Southwestern University (PH) from June 2004 to March 2005.

Angela Schloer's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of San Carlos, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. From 2005 to 2006, they pursued an MBA-Exec degree in Business Administration from Southwestern University (PH). Later, from 2010 to 2012, they attended the National College of Ireland, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Human Resources and Business. In 2016, Angela Schloer completed a Professional Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching from the Positive Success Group.
