Dori Booth has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Currently, they serve as the Secretary for the Arizona Chapter Fire Marshals Association of North America.

Prior to this, they worked as the Division Chief of Community Risk Reduction at Sedona Fire District.

In addition, they held the position of Chairperson at the International Code Council Exam Development Committee.

Dori has also worked at Phoenix Fire Department as a Deputy Fire Marshal and later as a Fire Inspector II and Plans Examiner.

Before their career in the fire department, they served in the US Army as a Civil Affairs NCO.

Dori has also worked in the diving industry, holding positions such as Assistant Director of Travel and Master Scuba Diver Trainer at AZ Divers and PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer at Academy of Scuba.

Furthermore, they briefly served as the Chief of Operations at Operation Blue Pride.

Dori Booth has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. Dori began their education at Eastern Kentucky University in 2002, where they pursued a degree in Fire Services Administration. Afterward, Dori attended Arizona State University from 2014 to 2016, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainable Tourism Development Management. Dori furthered their education at the same university from 2018 to 2019, earning a Master's Degree in Public Safety Leadership and Administration with a specialization in Executive Fire Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Dori has also acquired several certifications. Dori obtained their Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification from the Arizona Department of Health Services in April 2021. Dori also holds certifications such as Certified Plans Examiner, Fire Inspector I, Fire Inspector II, and IDC Staff Instructor from respective institutions such as the International Code Council and PADI.

Additionally, Dori enrolled in a program at CIEE in 2016, where they studied "Cuba Re-Introduced."
