Richard Kepple

Richard Kepple is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business advisory, education, and strategic management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Advisor and Board Member at Sedona Soul Adventures since June 2017, Richard supports the design and implementation of personalized spiritual retreats. Prior experience includes a teaching role as a Lecturer at San Jose State University’s College of Business from 2005 to 2017, covering subjects like Operations Management and International Business. Richard has also worked as a Strategic Management Consultant for the Pakistan Distance Education Enhancement Project and held various leadership positions in several companies, focusing on marketing, business development, and innovation in the technology sector. Richard holds multiple degrees in Engineering Management and Engineering Physics from Southern Methodist University and The Ohio State University.
