Marcela Hunter

Marcela Hunter is a Principal Consultant and Researcher at SEE Change Consulting, specializing in uplifting diverse voices within organizations and promoting racial justice through strategic partnerships and research. Previously, Marcela served as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning at the Homeless Children's Network, where responsibilities included leading organizational strategy and developing data-driven frameworks to enhance program outcomes. Marcela also held various leadership roles at the YMCA of San Francisco, including Senior Director of Program Development and Staff Development Trainer, focusing on organizational change, DEI training, and program development for youth and families. Marcela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sonoma State University.
