Oana Melinte

Oana Melinte has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Oana is currently the Head of Global Business Delivery at SeeChange Technologies since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lansinoh Laboratories UK for over 10 years, where they held various positions. Their roles at Lansinoh included being a Senior Export Manager, Export Trade Marketing & Development Manager, Brand Manager, Product and Sales Development Manager, and Sales and Marketing Analyst.

Before their time at Lansinoh, Oana worked as a Revenues Performance Analyst at Glasgow City Council in 2010. Oana also had a role as a Marketing Specialist at Up Déjeuner in 2009. Oana gained experience in commercial development and marketing as a Commercial Development & Marketing Intern at BNP Paribas in 2008. Additionally, they worked as a Visual Merchandiser at Carrefour România in 2007, a Marketing Intern at BRD - Groupe Societe Generale in 2006, and as a Human Resources Intern at Raiffeisen Bank Romania in 2005.

Oana Melinte has a diverse education history. Oana began their studies in 2003 at Academia de Studii Economice din București, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Transactions and Business Administration in 2007. During their time there, they also participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at INSEEC Grande Ecole in 2004-2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Oana pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and International Affairs at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, in 2005-2006, they attended UNIVERSITE D'AUVERGNE, where they earned another Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering.
