Thomas Kemner

Thomas Kemner serves as a Senior Consultant-Growth Partners at Seed Company since January 2020, focusing on organizational transformation and partnership growth in the Global South. As the President and Founding Partner of The Development Alliance since September 2001, Thomas Kemner provides high-impact consulting in nonprofit strategic planning, major gift fundraising, and estate planning. Previously, Thomas held significant roles at World Impact Inc., including Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Major Donors, where efforts included resource development for ministry expansion and urban transformation. Additionally, Thomas was the Director of Partnerships at Life In Abundance International, inviting various stakeholders to support church visions, and served as Interim Executive Director at Kairos Prison Ministry International, implementing strategic and financial restructuring. Thomas Kemner earned a BA and BS in Communications and Education from Taylor University.
