Tim Lugbill

Tim Lugbill is an experienced professional with a strong background in writing, advocacy, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as Lead Writer at Seed Company since June 2021, Tim previously held the position of Executive Director at The Joshua Fund from December 2013 to May 2020, overseeing a $5.5 million international nonprofit focused on providing humanitarian aid in the Middle East. Tim's earlier roles include serving as Assistant Vice President of Government Relations/Advocacy and Assistant Vice President of Member Communications at the National Association of Manufacturers, where responsibilities included developing relationships with policymakers and producing legislative publications. Tim holds a BA in Political Science from Taylor University and a Master of Arts in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University, along with a certificate in Association Management from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
