Kiran Masood

Director Of Pediatric Programs at Seed Global Health

Kiran Masood has a diverse work experience in the field of pediatrics. They started their career as a Pediatric Resident at UCLA Health System in 2008 and completed their training in 2011. Following this, they worked as a Community Medicine Fellow at Kaiser Permanente from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Kiran joined Seed Global Health as the Pediatric Clinical Lecturer at Gulu University. They later served as the Regional Director of Programs and Partnerships from 2014 to 2015 and then became the Director of Pediatric Programs.

Since 2015, Kiran has been working at UCLA as an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics. In May 2023, they will assume the role of Associate Director for Clinical Operations at the UCLA Division of General Pediatrics.

Kiran Masood pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning in the year 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree. During this time, they studied subjects such as Biological Basis of Behavior, Economics, and Religious Studies. Following their undergraduate studies, Kiran Masood enrolled at the UC San Diego School of Medicine from 2004 to 2008. During their time there, they focused on Medicine and successfully obtained their MD degree.
