Iwan Spillebeen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Iwan is currently working as a Strategic Advisor and Chairman at Sonar Platform, a multi-chain data analysis tool for cryptocurrencies. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Seed Group, Co-Founder and COO at Medical Information Technology, and Co-Founder at Abalon Labs, where they focused on digital transformation, agile leadership, and blockchain projects. Iwan also served as the Founder and CEO of BlockchainLabs.ai. In addition, Spillebeen has worked at Pay Society as the Head of IT and Product Director, at NETSOL Technologies Inc. as the Head of Digital Transformation, at Amadeus as a Senior Manager, APAC, at China Travel Acquisition Company as a Senior Advisor in Operations, and at Travelport as the Operations Director for Asia. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as decentralized finance, software development, automation, cloud-based platforms, and digital transformation.

Iwan Spillebeen has a Bachelors equivalent degree in Business Management & Accounting from CMO Antwerp. Additionally, they attended Koninklijk Athenaeum II - Antwerp, where they focused on Economics and Mathematics, although they did not attain a degree in this field.
