Todd Perman is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CEO & President of SEED Healthcare since May 2021, Todd is dedicated to innovating healthcare through financial and operational solutions. Additionally, Todd contributes to the growth of Fountain Life and Persimmon.Life as a Board & Committee Member and Board Member respectively. Previously, Todd held the position of Vice Chairman of Global Healthcare Services at Newmark from 2011 to 2023, guiding healthcare professionals on capital and efficiency strategies. As President/CEO of Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, Todd focused on supporting healthcare providers with critical operational needs. Todd's extensive background began at Stryker, where various leadership roles included the integration of technology in healthcare settings. Todd holds a degree from The University of Georgia, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
