Amy's leadership style emphasizes personal empathy, open communication, and dedication to the brand, aiming to maximize team performance. Prior to this role, Amy worked as an Accessory Buyer at Sportsgirl from 2000 to 2005, where significant growth in the accessory departments was achieved. Amy holds a Diploma in Merchandising in Textiles, Clothing and Footwear from RMIT University.
