Sharita Hardjasasmita has over a decade of experience in fashion design and buying, currently serving as Designer and Buyer for Girl & Baby Girl ranges at Seed Heritage since October 2014. In this role, Sharita is responsible for the design direction, seasonal colour, trend, fabrication, and graphics across product classes and regions. Previously, Sharita held positions as Designer and Buyer for Boys, Baby Boys, and Menswear at Seed Heritage, contributing to international buying trips and the launch of the first menswear range. Experience also includes roles as Junior Designer/Buyer for Boys and Teen Boys at Country Road Group, Design Assistant at Mimco, and Product Developer Assistant for various brands. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fashion Technology from RMIT University and an advanced short course in Adobe for Fashion and Textiles from Kangan Institute.
