Zac Parsons

Zac Parsons is an experienced operations manager and consultant with a strong background in project management, data, and compliance. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Ambition Institute since May 2023, Zac is instrumental in overseeing data and reporting for the national Initial Teacher Training programme. With extensive experience at SEED Madagascar since July 2018, Zac has successfully migrated the organization to a SaaS-based CRM system and developed assessment rubrics to reduce bias in recruitment. Zac also founded the Charity Professional Development Company, focusing on empowering aspiring charity leaders through online learning events. Additional roles include Team Leader at Founder Institute Ghana and various positions at The Challenges Group, where Zac enhanced strategic decision-making through data standardization. Zac holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Brighton and multiple management-related qualifications, with a Data Science Bootcamp scheduled for completion in June 2024.
