Construction Team

The Construction Team at SEED Madagascar is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing building projects that support sustainable development goals in southeastern Madagascar. Led by the Construction Site Supervisor, this team ensures the efficient use of resources, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety regulations, while the Construction Team Leader manages day-to-day operations and the Construction Logistics Officer oversees the procurement and transportation of materials.
