The Directorial and Management Team at Seed Savers Exchange oversees the strategic and operational functions of the organization. The Executive Director provides overall leadership and vision, while the Directors of Membership & Development, Preservation, Sales & Business drive their respective areas. The Facilities Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Deputy Director of Administration ensure smooth daily operations. The Creative Director manages brand and communication strategies, and the Customer Service Manager ensures member and customer satisfaction. Together, they work to preserve and share heirloom seeds and maintain the organization's robust seed collection.
