Bill Rickrode

Bill Rickrode has had a varied work experience since 2009. Bill began their career as a Part-Time Technician at Flexitech in 2009. In 2010, they held the role of Road Technician at Computer Connections and Support Tech at Ghostechs. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Computer Support Technician at 911 Nerds and Desktop Support Analyst at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. Since 2014, they have been an Infrastructure Engineer/Managed Services Technical Specialist at SeedSpark.

Bill Rickrode obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Systems Specialist from YTI Career Institute between 2007 and 2009. Bill then obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in January 2010. In June 2021, they obtained the SaaS Protection certification from Datto.
